Bambi's Land Montessori include practitioner and parent partnership, reflection of the possible benefits of the outcomes for the children and their family. We always discuss with the parents the benefits of the setting and keep a positive relationship between children and our educators. Our pre-school setting is approaching a positive form of work in partnership with families.

At Bambi's Land Montessori school we provide Aistear and Síolta (2009) Irish strategy and principles of early learning and development. This document underpins the connection between children, parents, professionals in the pre-school learning process. We create close relationships between the educators, parents and their children, no matter their culture, sex, religion and origin. The professional is always aware of the child's family background and culture and uses this knowledge to tailor the teaching process, and to provide a base for the child to begin to explore in his new environment.

Our staff are multilingual. They encourage the child's native language and English. They encourage the child to play with other children that share a common language and try to build strong relationships between them. They respect and encourage the children's positive feelings, well-being and help them in their language acquisition.

The important role of the early childhood educators from Bambi's Land is to promote the multiculturalism and diverse societies, to be patient, to encourage all the children learning, to be flexible and able to communicate with children and parents.
